Effective date: 2026-05-08 (v0.1) Provider: Raveno Pty Ltd · ABN 17 697 807 239
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the conduct and content rules for everyone using the Raveno Platform. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. What Raveno is for
Raveno is a customer-intelligence and creative-services marketplace for legitimate online retailers operating lawful businesses, and for the suppliers (designers, photographers, video producers, copywriters, developers, integration specialists) who serve them.
If your activity does not fit cleanly within that description, please contact us at hello@raveno.ai before signing up so we can confirm fit.
2. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Platform — as a merchant, supplier, or in any capacity — for any of the following:
2.1 Unlawful or harmful conduct
- Activity that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Activity that endangers any person, including incitement of violence, harassment, or threats.
- Activity that infringes intellectual property, trade secrets, publicity rights, or privacy rights of others.
- Money laundering, terrorism financing, or sanctions evasion.
2.2 Stripe Restricted Businesses
You may not use the Platform for any business or activity prohibited by Stripe's Restricted Businesses list or Prohibited Businesses list, including (without limitation):
- Adult content, escort services, or sexual services of any kind.
- Sale of illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, kava, or substances designed to mimic illegal drugs.
- Firearms, ammunition, or weapons (including replica or 3D-printed).
- Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorised-resale goods.
- Gambling, betting, lotteries, or sweepstakes that are not properly licensed.
- Multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes.
- Predatory financial services, payday lending, or unauthorised investment advice.
- Cryptocurrency mining, exchange, or token sales without applicable licensing.
- Telemedicine, supplements, or health products making unsubstantiated claims.
- Travel club memberships or other timeshare-style high-pressure sales.
This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. Stripe's full Restricted Businesses list governs and updates from time to time.
2.3 Marketplace-specific prohibitions
For suppliers:
- You may not deliver, in connection with any merchant brief, AI-generated content without disclosing that the content is AI-generated. Merchants may refund undisclosed-AI work.
- You may not subcontract a brief to a third party without the merchant's written agreement, recorded in the chat thread.
- You may not solicit a counterparty introduced via Raveno to transact off-platform during the engagement and for 12 months after — see Supplier Agreement §7.
- You may not deliver work that infringes any third-party right.
For merchants:
- You may not use a quote-and-pay flow as a mechanism to obtain free work — pre-delivery cancel must reflect a genuine change of intent, not a pattern of accepting work and then cancelling.
- You may not share a brief that asks the supplier to perform any of the prohibited activities in §2.1 or §2.2.
2.4 Platform abuse
- You may not bypass, disable, or interfere with security or rate-limiting mechanisms.
- You may not scrape the Platform other than via documented APIs.
- You may not use the Platform to send unsolicited bulk messages.
- You may not impersonate another person or entity.
- You may not create accounts to circumvent suspensions or to artificially inflate any metric.
3. Marketplace eligibility — additional supplier requirements
Suppliers must:
- Be invited by an existing Raveno merchant (we do not run open self-serve supplier signup).
- Pass our admin review of portfolio and prior-work history.
- Complete Stripe Connect Express onboarding, including KYC, before sending any quote.
- Maintain
charges_enabled = trueandpayouts_enabled = trueon their Stripe Connect account; the "Send quote" capability is gated on this.
4. Reporting violations
If you become aware of activity on the Platform that violates this AUP, email hello@raveno.ai with:
- A description of the activity.
- Any evidence (screenshots, links, project IDs).
- Your contact details for follow-up.
We acknowledge within 1 business day and investigate promptly.
5. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion:
- Issue a written warning.
- Suspend specific Platform features (e.g. quote-sending, payouts) on an account.
- Suspend the entire account, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
- Terminate the account.
- Reverse, withhold, or claw back transfers where a breach affects an in-flight or completed transaction.
- Report the breach to law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or affected third parties where appropriate.
For high-severity breaches — especially those involving fraud, illegality, or imminent harm — we will act immediately and without notice. For lower-severity matters, we will typically notify and give a chance to remediate.
6. Appeals
If your account is suspended or terminated and you believe the action was in error, email hello@raveno.ai with the subject [APPEAL] and a clear statement of the basis for appeal. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
7. Changes to this AUP
We may update this AUP from time to time, including to reflect updates to Stripe's Restricted Businesses list. Material changes will be notified by email and reflected at this URL with an updated effective date.
