Marketplace
Curated creative + technical services marketplace for online merchants. Briefs come with receipts.
The Raveno marketplace is a curated facility for merchants to engage suppliers — designers, photographers, video producers, copywriters, developers, integration specialists — to produce creative and technical assets for their online stores.
It is merchant-seeded: every supplier joins through a referral from an existing merchant they already trust. We do not run open self-serve supplier signup at this stage. Every brief on the marketplace traces back to a real merchant–supplier relationship.
What's different about it
Every brief comes with behavioural data Raveno itself generates about the merchant's shoppers — what's working in the store, what's broken, what needs fresh creative. Suppliers don't start with a vague prompt. They start with the merchant's actual customer signal.
Briefs come with receipts.
How it works at a glance
- A merchant invites a trusted supplier via referral link.
- Supplier completes Stripe Connect Express onboarding (payouts).
- Supplier and merchant chat. Supplier sends a quote inside the chat thread.
- Merchant accepts the quote — payment captured into Stripe-held escrow.
- Supplier delivers the work (with optional file attachments) inside the same thread.
- Merchant approves — funds released to the supplier (less Raveno's 5% platform fee).
- If the merchant doesn't act within the auto-release window, funds release automatically.

What it costs
5% all-in. Plus GST where applicable. Deducted from the supplier's payout at release. Stripe processing fees are absorbed inside that 5% — the supplier sees one clean fee line. No subscription fees.

Who's on it
- Merchants — primarily Shopify-native online retailers. KingCave (kingcave.com.au), an Australian custom-branded bar-fridge specialist, is the founding pilot merchant.
- Suppliers — vetted creative and technical specialists, invited by an existing merchant and reviewed by Raveno admin before approval. Australia and global.
